In Case of Emergency... 

1.  Remain calm.

2.  Please phone ahead so that we may assist you in handling your situation. There are times that we may have to instruct you to go the emergency clinic for your particular situation or that we may be booked to the exent that we may not be able to accomodate your pet.  

3.  Follow instructions carefully.

4.  Be careful.  When injured or ill, even a loving pet may bite.
