Our dog had a minor emergency and they got her in promptly. Staff is always friendly and the doctor is amazing. She takes her time and always explains everything.

Dr. McClain is a very knowledgeable and thorough vet. He has been caring for our Cavalier for awhile now, for different issues and I have so much confidence in the care we receive. Scheduling is easy and prompt.

The office staff is wonderful, The veterinarians are extremely caring and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They accept emergencies and do whatever they can to help your animal.... If they cannot, they will send you or refer you to a specialist or to take them to the emergency vet 

! I trust them one hundred percent and have been going to them for thirty year.

First visit having recently moved to the area. Both the technician (Lauren) and Dr McKinnon had apparently read all of the notes and history regarding my dawg Bonny. 

Everyone was extremely friendly and warm. They all took the time to get to know Bonny and I am confidant it was a thorough and complete examination.

Love this vet clinic! I’ve had my two beagles in to see many of the vets over the years and all of them and the techs and staff are so wonderful. I have been on the road several months and have called them more than once about a paw licking issue with one boy and a back injury for my other. 

They are so thoughtful and attentive and take time to consult me even when I don’t come in and use their services. Wonderful people ❤️

My experience with Palmetto Animal Clinic has been one of outstanding dedication, compassion, respect, and care! From the front office staff, whom are probably some of the sweetest and most sincerely compassionate ladies there are, to the wonderful techs working so hard behind the scenes, this animal clinic is quite clearly superb! 

Finally, Dr. Lucas McClain is an angel here on earth. My pets have felt so comfortable with him as he does what he does, and that is to provide THE MOST concise, knowledgeable, and conscientious attention to my fur babies, all while explaining every last detail with Love and respect felt by both my pets and myself alike.
